Resolving Host Unfixable!

I have been battling this "resolving host" issue for about a year now and tried EVERYTHING I could possibly find on the internet to fix it and can't. It always comes back and drives me crazy.

I've tried about 10 different CMD commands, running a host.bat file, using Google DNS, restarting the router, deleting stuff off the Chrome settings, everything. Even when I manage to somehow fix the issue temporarily, it always comes back.

So I ask, with much, much hope, what should I do?

The only way I resolved this was by formatting my computer. That sucks. It was probably some malware.
