resolving startup issues

On a parent's windows 7 (64 bit) pc, I'm troubleshooting a startup issue (hanging everywhere). Safe-mode runs fine. Currently running a full system anti-virus scan as I'm working.

First is the login. Running on a ssd, takes practically forever at both the "please wait" screen and the "welcome" screen.

I checked out the system, took it from 4GB free space to 30GB free space by moving (uninstall/reinstall) a large game installation and moving the desktop, documents, downloads, music, and movies user folders to the 2TB secondary hdd.

I ran sfc scan and got some unfixed errors. Take a look:

Oh sorry, I didn't see that part. Did you try running a full registry scan or empty the temporary internet folder using a program like ccleaner? That might help fix it
Edit: Also make sure you updated windows 7 to the latest version using windows update
