Resources?? where to find bone?

What do I "kill" to get that as a newbie player?

There is, as far as I know, no such command as "harvest all." My guess is
you're thinking of "loot all" which is a bit different. Looting will never
get you bone, meat, or hide. Harvesting will.

There is a harvest command which gives you random amounts of meat and
hide..but no bone..
to get bone you have to do as they say pick bone from the radial menu above
the harvest command..

And don't type it, use the radial menu. That's what it's for.

BAH I say to radial menus... click HOLD & WAIT, oh there it is, click
again. Great fun when you got to harvest 1000's of dead animals. My hand
would fall off if I used radial menus extensively.

I prefer a simple loot/harvest macro assigned to a F key:
/loot
/harvest bone

Change as needed, meat or hide.

This is about the best method.... and you can edit the macro for what
ever you want to harvest during that given hunt.

It may not be harvest all but at the bottom it says harvest resources and I
have been harvesting resources but not one at a time is that the problem?
you have to harvest a bunch of different stuff and pick them each one at a
time?

I have a macro set up for all three, but it could be a problem for new
players. If you try to harvest something that doesn't exist (not
everything has bones), you lose the chance to harvest anything from that
critter. I'd say spend some time using the radial until you are aware
of what each critter has (and /examine is key).

You can harvest one of the 3 possible resources from animals:
Hide
Bone
Meat
If you just select harvest it will harvest the default (first one listed),
usually hide. Not all animals have all three resources. Although you can
only harvest 1 resource from an animal, each member of your group or people
around you can also harvest 1 resource from the same animal, including the
same one you just harvested.
You can also make a fair bit of money selling the hides and meats on the
bazaar, especially if you can get a decent quantity of the same resource
with good stats. 500 - 1000 hide will easily get you 5000-10000 credits or
more if the stats are high.
