Rest Pc- Remove everything goes wrong

I just got done building my pc and it was fine but Windows 10 kept freezing and it got so bad that I had to system restore every time so I decided to Rest my Pc and Remove everything. I'm now always prompted srt trail etc etc. I can't rest my pc anymore my hard drive is locked, I can't restore (obviously) and I can't even load into safe mode or anything Windows is basically always diagnosing my pc and I end up on the Choose an option screen. I then tried installing Windows 10 and I enter in my product key I go to custom and my hard drive and I can't download it because it has an MBR partition table. I didn't encounter this before when I first installed Windows. I can't format it either with the format button What do I do now.
My Mobo is a gigabyte z170xp-sli
Hard drive is a segate
Cpu Intel 6500

download this on another pc and create a windows 10 install dvd or usb: win 10 media creation tool

swap boot order to boot from dvd or usb first, hdd second

Ok first of all when you say reset, are you talking about resetting the bios of the motherboard back to factory default mode settings Yes, or No.

Answer this then we will continue.
