Restart PC,but it doesnt boot and the motherboard lights up a red led

Hi,my pc is unable to reboot properly.
Everytime i try to restart the pc,it doesnt restart but a red led would be lit on my motherboard.Please help me as i am really confused on why this is so.

Specs:
I5 6600k
Asus Z170-A motherboard
Gtx 760
Thermaltake 750W Gold
8GB DDR4

Please help me,im pretty new to PC building and im not very aware of many terms.

Try to boot with only a stick of RAM, and put it in the slot more to the left as possible

Well after i force shut it down when its stuck rebooting,it works yeah

i tried what you did but it seems that my pc still cannot restart. however it is able to boot and work normally.
