restart problem while gaming

hello, everyone
i have this problem going on since i got a new gpu and started playing high end games...
whenever i play high end games, my pc restarts (suprisingly, NOT while playing mortal kombat x)..... and the psu would have overheated......i looked in the bios, which showed the cpu temp as around 72 degree c ..... the psu's fan isnt working..... but the processor's and gpu's fans are fine......if im not playing any high end games or just keep the pc on or even just watch some videos, it doesnt restart like it does when i game (like far cry primal, watch dogs,etc)......
please tell me what i should do..... its so frustrasting to see it restart while half playing a game, im in dilemma

processor: intel i3-4150
OS: windows 8.1 64 bit
gpu: zotac gtx 750ti
RAM: 8 gb
PSU: zebronics ZEB 450 W
motherboard is gigabyte

What you describe is typical of a PSU problem and the fact its a very low quality unit with a fan that doesn't work just adds to theory that's its your PSU. Get a decent quality PSU of 400w or greater.

That is because your PSU is a low qulaity unit.

You need to replace it ASAP before it fries the rest of your computer parts.

PSUs are not created equal and that is why one 500w PSU costs $50-60 and another costs $20-30. That $50 unit can ACTUALLY deliver 500w of continous power and has safeguards built in to protect your computer. The $20 unit cant stably output 250w, and has no safegaurds so when something as minimal as a gtx 1050 is demadning power from it it cant handle it. When this unit dies it has no safegaurds and fries your parts; some of those cheap PSUs even spark and cause house fires.

so, any good PSU suggestions for my specs?
or does it have to be something specific for a specific CPU?

If you never plan on upgrading past a 1050ti then A 450w unit is plenty, but if you think you will ever upgrade to a 1060/480 or better then I would pay just a little more now to support your future needs.

Corsair CX serries (the new generation) is good for budget quality PSU, any of the S12 and m12 lines of Sesonic are good (really any seasonic line is good), or the B2/G2 serries of EVGA are also good (not W1/B1/N1/G1 though)
