Restarted my PC and the monitor is now saying no signal even though the PC is still running.

Hey guys i just built my first PC and I had it up and running and was installing the drivers. I restarted and now the monitor reads "no signal". Ive tried multiple cords to connect the monitor to the tower and nothing changes, Ive help the power button for 30 seconds and nothing happens. Ive connect the tower to my TV and TV says the same thing as the monitor "No Signal". Also the motherboard has a "Dr. Debug" feature that will turn off flash through some numbers then go off.

PLEEEEASE HELP ME!

Do you manage to see the POST? Have you tried using integrated DP?

I just looked at the graphics card and the fans werent moving so i removed it and now i have a display.
