restarted n not working

i moved my pc from my dest to a new spot. unplugged everything correctly n then blew the large amount of dust out of it then plugged at all back in n its not working i hvaent moved or done anything to the computer. im getting a dram fault from the motherboard but i shouldnt because i havent moved anything. or touched anything. what might have happened n how can i fix

Unplug the power, remove the ram, put the stick closest to the cpu back in, restart. If that works, repeat until it boots with all sticks.
