Question restarting pc sometimes gpu loses signal until i restart pc

so i recently updated my 7900xt graphics drivers and was gaming and playing a video and did a quick restart and was trying to get into the bios but i got the no display message on monitor i replugged my hdmi 2.
1 cable and restarting everythign gave me the signal back is this a am5 or bad gpu hardware or power issue i have had display drivers and other crashes about once a week i talked to amd and they said it could be a gpu driver issue but couldnt narrow it down has anyone else had expericences like ive had i like amd but their hardware is full of bugs and i dont wanna rma anything cause most games run fine and with normal usuage as well the display issue really only happens when i turn on my pc or restart it with maybe a program open or so

some aMD gpu's face that issue .
whether they are mined or not .
the soultion is to (your gpu has 3 DP ports and one HDMI) disconnect the DP port and reconnect again .
you will have your windows screen back in no time .
that's what i do .
