Restarting, registry failure

My system is hanging out and restartingagain n again.
It also said failed to connect to a wi dow service. Now when i start my system ot only shows a blue screen which shows as registry error.pls suggest

Need full details about the issue, system specs, when the issue started, what you tried already if anything.

This often happens due to a failing hard drive, could be bad RAM, or some update or software that messed up. See if your BIOS has a disk check utility. You can try using a Windows disk and run a repair setup to fix the Windows files. If there is a drive error that won't help much though, the issue can easily happen again.

Usually the best step, especially with an older hard drive, is to replace the drive and install a clean Windows setup on it.
