Restarting twice within 6 seconds, then shows no signal on monitor.

Hi there, my intel DX58SO board with Core i7 950 processor . Goes restarting twice on within 6 seconds after it keep power on system then ,display shows nothing"No signal", I'm just tried all checks, all ram reseated,cables, cmos,hardrives, graphics,etc..
Then they're won't worked,
When I'm on my computer next day it shows a message "The CPU was previously shutdown due to a thermal event (overheating)".
My System configuration :

Intel Core i7 950 processor
Zotac GTX 650 Ti Boost 2 GB
Seagate 500 GB H.D.D
Sony CD Drive
Intel DX58SO Gaming Motherboard
14GB Corsair ram
Corsair 550VS S.M.P.S
iBall Gaming Cabinet

The thermal event message is cause for concern.

Is your CPU cooler correctly mounted? Does the fan spin? Have you reseated the cooler and reapplied thermal paste at any point? Have you cleared the system of dust?
