My BioWare folder, which contains my Mass Effect game saves, was deleted recently and emptied from the recycle bin. Any idea how to effectively recover them?

What restore exactly are we talking about?
Windows - System Restore?
Windows - Reset?
Windows - Go back to previous build?

My bioware folder, which contained my Mass Effect Andromeda saves has been deleted and emptied from the recycle bin. Now, I have been recommended several Recovery programs like EaseUS and Recuva. The problem is that I can't make sense of their interfaces. I instruct the programs to look for deleted files in C:\Users\Me\Documents but nothing shows up. When I go recycle bin, they show so many files, but what I'm looking for is a folder, not files! Although I haven't had time to do a deepscan yet.

The folder was deleted yesterday and I'm aware there is a time limit in which they can be recovered. Any assistance on how to recover that folder would be much appreciated!
