restore disk for windows 7

Hi i am trying to create a restore disk for windows 7 i am using a Samsung laptop looked up online and they were saying go to Samsung recovery mode tried that coped system image on to CD by burning it and tried booting from disk by changing the bios settings but did not boot load windows files
can any one help me with this

Need exact steps you did and exactly what happened. What type of system image did you copy? What format was it in? Did it start the recovery and finish but did not boot to Windows? Or not boot to the disk at all?
