restore hiberfil.sys on wondows 8.1 pro

Hi, I am running the command powercfg.exe -h on to restore the hiberfil.sys but nothing happens. Can anyone helo me? The O.S. is Windows 8.1 pro

Run an elevated command prompt (right click run as admin) and then type:

powercfg.exe /hibernate on

Then hit enter and restart your machine.
