Restore my Hard Drive memory

I want to Restore my compute ( windows 8), and lately I realized that I used my Hard Drive as a recovery storage. So when I checked the memory of my hard drive it was low. It was a 1tera bite memory but now its only 31.0GB memory and also the name of the hard drive has change from its original name to Recovery.

I want to restore back all my document.

It appears that you may have lost your primary partition. Try using Testdisk to recover the partitions.
Do you have a bootable disk to use?
