Restore pc with usb port working

Hello, I'm trying restore a PC and the ports are not working so I can not move the mouse.
How can I do the system restore?

Tap the delete key on startup. That will usually get you into the BIOS. Make sure your type of mouse interface (PS2 or USB) is enabled.
