Restore Plus CD Download

Hi, My problem is simple. To my notbook broken the HD and I haven't any CD because is old PC (Satellite A100-097). Where did i find the download of these CDs?

They came with your computer or you were required to burn them. You probably cannot get them from Toshiba as Microsoft does not allow OEMs to distribute XP disks anymore. But any OEM XP disk that is the same version ass your legal license should work
