restore security default wiyhout admin rights

first excuse my English....i have a windows 7 pro
i have done a very wrong manipulation on my c disc security settings now only pcbridge (name of my computer ) has access to it ..wich means when trying to install any thing i get a message like "you don't have the rights to preform this action....."
resume :" i cannot launch anything as a administrator "
ihave tried the methode thas says launch cmd and type ....
plz plz i really need help on this one

I'm sorry but we do not assist in requests to bypass security features. We have no way to know this is even your PC.
