restore toshiba laptop factory settings

I was having problems with my original windows so got another windows installed but now I want to restore my windows 7. is it possible to recover my original factory default settings? any help

You may have "wiped" the factory backup partition, but assuming you haven't, read the post with green header from danny2000 in this thread: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/86067-35-restore-toshiba-back-factory-settings

If the backup partition no longer exists, you can order a set of backup media direct from Toshiba via this page:

I ordered a set six months ago, they charged me a very reasonable £15 (UK)

thanks for your reply. I have wiped the factory settings but I have HDDrecovery files in D drive and I also have product key on back of my PC, serial number etc. are these any good?
