restore windows installation to new hard disk, using system image

I want to use EaseUS Todo backup, in order to make a system image, which I then want to restore to a new hard disk.
And, of course, I want to make sure that the boot sector is included in the system image.

So, which option do I choose? Disk/partition backup, or System backup?

Any tips I should know, to help make the booting go smoothly after restoring to the new hard disk? In my experience, the tough part is getting it to boot.

In your case, if you want to transfer the entire system hard drive to new one, you can create a disk image with Disk/Partition backup.
