Restoring a DELL Inspiron 15 to original start up restore/format

How can I get to restore in windows 7 so I can end up with my DELL just as it came from the factory? I know there is a set of keys to hold to boot into a screen that allows you to restore your machine completely.

After turn on the compuRepair your Computerter, keep press F8 key. After "Advanced Boot Options" menu appears, choose the "Repair your Computer" follow the screen, to reset Dell Inspiron 15 R to factory settings.
