restoring files

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.file_system (More info?)

I deleted programs that i no longer needed on my
computer. I think i also deleted important exe & system
files. Computer is very slow & wont clean up. Its like
it gets stuck. How can i figure out which files I deleted
& how can I restore them.

Please help
