Restoring user accounts

Hello, my brother deleted my old administrator account along with everything that was on it and had to create a new one. Is there anyway I was restore my old User Account?

Dear Gandalf
Having the same problem, I tried the system restore as per yoru reference. However I did not create a restore point (major oops). In fact all I did was simply change my profile to local ie no longer domain sign on least expecting to end up with profile being converted to unknown. I have no access to the domain but MUST restore my offline domain profile to get into Outlook etc. HELP PLEASE
