Hi! When I restore windows to the original state, it restarts the computer and starts doing it.
It instantly goes to 1% and boots up after about 10 seconds. Then the computer starts normally, and I get this message: ''System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer’s system files and setting were not changed.''
What to do?

Thanks.

Do you want to keep your files or wipe it?

If wipe it, do a clean install using the win 10 media creation tool to create a bootrable USB or DVD (your choice).

Boot from that and follow this: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

if you want to save files, copy them onto another location and then fresh install.

Clean install so much better than reset. It works much more often.

note: if you updated from win 7 and do a clean install, win 10 will want to wipe entire drive so make sure to copy anything off the hdd you want to save. Win 10 uses different better partitioning scheme to win 7
