Restory Factory Settings on Phantom 410

I have a iBUYPOWER Phantom 410 and I made the mistake of "upgrading" to Windows 10. I want to go back to Windows 8.1 The method of gong ot settings and then system restore does not work because it has been longer than 30 days. I want to do a system restore. I just did that on my Toshiba laptop which was easy, just press and hold the zero key while turning on the machine. I don't know how to do that on a Phantom 410. Any suggestions? Thanks, James
