Retail or OEM Q6600 has lower VID?

I have a question. I have been researching that if you purchase retail Q6600's on newegg that your VID will be one of the higher ones (1.3000, 1.3125, or 1.3250. I plan on getting the XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 with this processor on a P5Q Pro and do not need the stock fan.

Here is the question: Should I buy an OEM Q6600 on newegg in hopes that the VID will be lower? What are my chances here? = )

Most likely it will be pretty random which one you get. Since you don't need the stock heatsink you might as well go for the OEM as it is cheaper anyway.
