retention module

how do I remove the retation module that surrounds the proccesor socket?

With my dfi board i simply just undid the screws of the surround and the backing plate on the back of the board just fell off.
With my msi board i did the same but with the backing plate being glued on i simply got my wifes hairdryer(mines broken,just kidding lol)put it on a low setting and heated the back of the board but not to much just enough to make the glue become tacky and slid my mates credit card underneath one of the corners and gently push it underneath the backing plate using a see-saw type technique and off it came.
