How long does it take to train, say, a D L to be a D/DM LC, usually?

Mendy.

6 -12 months per new position, depends on what their attributes are in
these positionas (hidden attribs) as well as versatility and adaptability

check player in the database, if he has something different from 0 or 1 in
DM or DC position, you can't retrain him to DM or DC

Or never however much you play him in the new desired position during retraining when the
player's versatility value is low (as in below 5 or so). Adaptibility is for adapting to new
surroundings like a new country or even a different part of the same country.
