Retrieving User Name and Password

Hello,
I have forgotten my logon and password for my Datasafe Online Account, also my email account doesn't seem to be recognized. I chatted with agent Amanpreet_220668 and understood that some information was going to be coming back to me. The incident is 55980873. I rnewed my Datasafe account last year, about in October. Unfortunately I didn't save the email response to that. The original swet up of the account was order No. 370265755 On March 15, 2011. When I renewed it, I was told to keep my computer on all day Sunday when the backup would take place. My computer was out of service for about two weeks due to a virus and is now usewful. I have paid for the service and my email address waas accepted at that time. What has happened? I need resouolution. Boots Fischer
