Retrive Phone Contacts from a Phone with a Broken Screen

HELP!! My phone screen has broken and is now completely dead. I have connected it to the computer and pulled all of the files off but my contacts are not there. I have tried some of the software out there to retrieve contacts to no joy. The phone will not turn on now (no lights or vibrations) and the computer cannot detect it at all. I have no idea how to possibly retrieve my contacts but I need them urgently. I'm really struggling to find a solution. Its a Samsung Galaxy S7.

Any advice will be useful

Contacts could be on the SIM card (computer doesn't read SIM card -- it only reads the phone's internal storage).
