Question Retro Motorola V3m Sprint Pcs Power Vision will not connect to network

Hello I have a old Motorola V3m made for Sprint network
I know it is an old phone but it works great on Tello network for Talk and Text
I LOVE THIS PHONE!!! Use it for my business line.
But I have became greedy and love to figure things out. So I have been trying to hook to internet for email.
On this phone many aspects do not work because it cannot connect to internet or network.
It is the program that sprint uses Power Vision it uses a separate username and password to connect to sprint network.
I have found POWER VISION settings under ##DATA# OR ##3282#
I have tried to menu #10 Restore edit
I have tried to menu 1 User Name edit
Both just want MSL to enter info
I changed the username to the bellow which Tello said to try
myphonenumber@mvno337.sprintpcs.com SOUNDS RIGHT
It still gets ERROR 1012
I just wondered if there was a password or a way around Power Vision or something I just do not know.
I have done tons of research.

I read somewhere that these phones possibly using APN ????? Could it be my USERNAME???? For MMS
I think the Moto Razr android phones have the same settings but since it is android easier to access

I have seen people in 2017 on sprint prepaid get it to work.
I appreciate any help !!!

So did you contact Sprint and see how you can get this phone on the network? Just having a phone and some random password is not enough, you need to have the device provisioned on your account.

Hi! I am having the exact same issue. I just got an old Motorola Razr V3m that used to be on the Sprint network and activated it on Tello. Talk and text works fine but I would like to have full use of the phone and all its features. I called Tello customer service and they referenced a similar previous case (probably yours) and directed me to change the username to what you mentioned. This did not fix my problem getting internet access with Power Vision but they said it might take 30 minutes to connect and to give it time to work. Guess what? 2 hours later and still no luck.

Were you ever able to resolve this issue and if so how'd ya do it?
