No, those files should be standard, unless there is need for a driver, and if there is a need for a driver he would have to release that.
The big question here is if it needs some special bios that treats the LPC as ISA or if it will work on anything.
Even on mobos with ISA slots there are tons of compatibility issues due to bios.
 
Cool hack. Unfortunately a lot of newer motherboards use SPI-based TPM headers, rather than the LPC version needed to make this work.
