My printer HP Photosmart C4580. It is no longer wireless after switching from Windows 7 to Windows 10. It has been over 30 days since the conversion. I want to go back to Windows 7.

Solution
Have you tried re-installing your HP printer drivers & related software?
The latest driver package (which includes Windows 10 support) is here:

If you still want to revert to Windows 7, and assuming you upgraded using the free upgrade downloaded from Microsoft:

1) open the Start menu and select Settings. Click the “Update & security” icon and select “Recovery.”

2) You should see a “Go back to Windows 7” or “Go back to Windows 8.1” option. Click the "Get started" button to get rid of your Windows 10 install and restore your previous Windows install.

Note: If it's been more than a month...

Note: If it's been more than a month since the upgrade, the above option won't be available because after that period your old Windows installation backup is automatically deleted to free up disk space. Same applies if you've used the Disk Cleanup tool since the upgrade and selected "Previous Windows installations".

If reversion is not available you'll have to wipe Windows 10 & re-install Windows 7 from scratch using installation media, or use Factory Recovery if it's a laptop or factory-built PC. Back up any important files to another drive though before you re-install or use factory recovery!
