[SOLVED] Reuse the thermal paste on my cpu for one day?

I have to replace my new mobo. I just installed my cpu and heatsink as well so they're new too. Can I reuse the paste on the cpu and heatsink just for one day til my thermal paste arrives or is this very dangerous?

Yes. You can reuse for one day.

I'm sure it's not recommended. I have definitely done it in the same type of situation. Obviously check your cpu temp right after. Cant really hurt anything as long as your temps are fine.

My cpu Temps are at 29c on bios screen. Is that OK? Bout to install windows.

If those are your temps you should be fine , but I would have waited.
