I put together a new pc but I kept the same graphics card and hard drive. When I go to boot the system, windows 7 recommends that I repair the system and when I go to do that it takes me to a different screen but then my keyboard and mouse stop working and I cannot click on any options. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to wipe my hard drive and reinstall windows?

Windows 7
AMD ryzen cpu
gtx 1050 ti graphics

A clean install is guaranteed to always work and provide the best end result.
In the described case it's mandatory.

This type of major hardware replacement can work without a reinstall though, if the proper preparations are done before replacing the hardware.
