Reusing HDD from RAID 0

Hi so i had a 1Tb WD Black in raid and the other day i took the raid apart and gave the hdd to my friend but he cant use it beacuse the “Partiton Table” is diffrent so how can i make the hdd usuable for him.

Reinitialize it.

Is it connected to a working system with OS ? If yes and it's Windows, just go to Disk management and you'd be able to do it from there.
