Question Revamping loop. Fan config Q's, loop order?

I'm getting ready to add my gpu to my loop, as well as add a second radiator. And had a couple questions about fan configuration.

Currently I have a 360mm rad mounted up front with the fans mounted in front of the rad pulling air in. Then I have two fans mounted up top as exhaust. The fans came with the case, define r6, I think they're hp-14. One fan at the rear as exhaust, again an hp-14. And one fan on the bottom of the case. I can't remember what model, but it's a 140mm from the corsair 450d.

I will be mounting the new rad, a 240mm, on the top. The fans will be set up as exhaust, but I was curious as to wether I Should do push or pull? Does it really matter? From my little research temps are within margin of error either way. I had planned on mounting them in pull, just so they're hidden. But am open to recommendations. Or if it matters.

As for the rear exhaust fan, should I run the hp-14 or the corsair fan? I was thinking about grabbing a corsair ml140, but have a hard time dropping the cash when I have fans available. Is the ml140 that much better than the fractal or the other corsair?
I will be ditching the bottom intake fan, as I don't really think I need it. Or that it's actually helping.

As far as loop order, I've read it doesn't really matter much if at all, but wouldn't mind some insight as to my plan.

The res/pump combo is mounted to the front rad. Plan is, pump to front rad-top rad-cpu-gpu and returning to pump. Sound good? Better ideas? The front rad is a crossflow and top is standard dual pass, so that's why I thought about doing it that way.

Case is fractal design r6.

Loop order seems OK; I'm assuming you're going pump -> bottom of x-flow rad, out the top, into the top rad, then down to CPU then GPU?

For fans, what do you have in the rest of your case? I've been a fan of pull since it minimizes dead zones for the fan hubs and also doesn't place much pressure on the fan bearings due to circulation feedback (where some of the airflow hits the radiator fins and pushes back against the fans, meaning the fan is also pushing this air though again). But, as I type this, I am running 4x EKWB RGB fans in push over my 2x PE240 radiators. Static pressure is key for push oriented fans.

Yeah, that's exactly my plan.

As in components? Not a whole lot. Currently 2x HDD, mounted behind the door. Soon to be replaced with SSD that will be mounted to the psu basement. Other than that nothing really. I'll try and grab a pic.
