Revert or any other process from 64bit to 32bit on windows 8.1

I have 1GB RAM,HDD-160 notebook and i'm installed 64bit but want to install or revert 32bit ;; what can i do, please

That would be a full wipe and reinstall. Of everything.

You do it the same way you would to go from 32-bit to 64-bit. Full wipe and reinstall, followed by reinstalling all applications and restoring the latest backup of your data. There is no "easy" button here.
