Hello, I have a Sapphire Nitro+ Rx 580 8gb but It shows Different vendors in gpu-z. Someone flashed the msi bios in it. I wanted to revert it back to the Original Sapphire bios since It has higher Clock speed but when I flash It with the AMDVBFLASH software It gives me an error "Subsytem Id mismatch". The gpu has dual bios one of them Is the original Sapphire Quiet Bios 1340 and 2000 and the other Gaming bios (Msi) is 1380 and 1750. I want to change the gaming bios to the Sapphire 1411 and 2000mhz. Can anyone tell how to fix this issue and Which bios should I install?
Cpu : i3-9100
Ram : 8gb 2666mhz
Gpu: Sapphire Nitro+ Rx 580 8gb
Mobo: H310m D2vx si 2.0

Solution
Found some info on TechPowerUp Forums indicating that you need to use an older tool for RX400/500 cards.

open cmd in admin mode and use force flash command.
use atiflsh 2.74 or 2.93
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You should be seeing an SKU on a sticker on the GPU. Using that SKU/model, look through this;

it's got a database of all GPU's from the Nitro+ series from Sapphire.

unfortunately I can't see it anymore, the sticker is really old, only the SKU-#####-## thing is clear. Isn't there any other way? When I switch it to Quiet bios and Lookup the gpu It takes me to this one https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/sapphire-nitro-rx-580-8-gb.b4436

oh, how to force flash? and do you mean 2..84 or 2.77? the 2.93 isn't available for download

You may have to get those versions from somewhere less official.

Still, I would try with 2.77 since that is there.

I am following the steps in the guide but in the 8th step the cmd says "amdvbflash.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." I have provided the screenshots

Which version did you download? That seems to be referencing 2.93.

From what I saw people were recommending to not use AMDVBFLASH.exe for Polaris cards as recently as 2021.

I would try 2.77 and see how it goes.
I downloaded the 2.77. The guide says not to use the WINFLASH

Might have to use a torrent or something to find 2.93.

You could try 2.84, which seems to add Windows 10 support, and if I am not mistaken, that is Windows 11 you are using.

They also mention a flash driver required for newer versions, so that might also be necessary to effectively use the newer versions. Could be getting an ID mismatch because it doesn't have the driver to find out what the device ID is.

I'm still getting the same issue with the 2.84 and I can't find the 2.93 one

My brief searches aren't turning up any legitimate places to get 2.93.

I did see a few references to people using 3.20. Consider starting a topic at TechPowerUp, there are certainly more people there who have done this more recently than I have. Actually been a good while, HD6670 I think.
