Review for PC

Is it worth me getting this PC for $700 AUD off of gumtree (I only have a total of $765 btw)
specs are:
GTX 970 (overclocked by seller)
i5-3570K (not overclocked and with stock cooler)
16gb ram
500gb hard drive

I think that's a good deal, but wait for what other have to say, they almost definitely know something I don't.
Also, how is this being transported? One bump and there goes the PCIe slot the card is in...

We'll pick it up from not too far away so transport probably isn't much of a problem.
currently, i have a pre-build dell optiplex 980 SFF with a gt 610, i3-530, about 250gb hdd and 8 gb ram - so not very good for gaming
