i'm from india and that cooler is not available for sale here and no option available to ship here, as for the power supply newegg is ready to ship with vat, duty and shipping charges alone costing 6.8 grand (100 USD) which is more than the product itself

can you please suggest that which is available in india?

thanks for the suggestion :)

thanks for your suggestion, that's an awesome build you suggested

the processor i5 6600k was my first choice but changed it later on to avoid any bottlenecks with gpu, which may arise later on in future, already i'm a victim of bottleneck with my previous build, my previous build processor max's out before gpu barely takes on a load of about 60%

the i5 6600k will drive the Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory at 2133 MHz only as mentioned in processor's memory specification only even though RAM has the capacity to run at 3000 Mhz

Zotac GeForce GTX 1070 8GB AMP! Edition Video Card is an awesome gpu no doubt but as i go to any gpu above and beyond 1060 GTX or even 1060 GTX itself the performance to cost ratio decreases tremendously but if you say there is big gap in performance between 1060 GTX with that of 1070 GTX which is worth the extra money that i need to shed then I'll definitely go for the later.

Seasonic M12II 520w psu is it enough to power my build, power suppy demand by my build does not remain constant all the time it may spike occasionally depending on the game I'm running, so i was told to choose a psu that has 1.5 times my build's wattage consumption, so is 520 w supply enough for my build?

What do you mean?
The motherboard will be able to power the memory at 3000Mhz just fine, higher frequency RAM also helps with CPU overclocking.
The PSU is plenty to power your build, the system doesn't have the TDP to get anywhere near maxing it out.
The 1070 is significantly better than the 1060, allows you to crank settings all the way up.

i5 660k Specifications check under memory specifications memory types

i thought minimum i need to go for was 600w psu but if you suggest 550w psu is enough then cool i'll get that :)

its definitely a boost to choose 1070 gtx over 1060 gtx but the difference in cost too big, i mean i can get 2 1060 gtx cards for cost of 1070gtx and 3 in case of 1080 gtx, so i'll stick to 1060 gtx

thanks for all your help guys :)

That's referring to native memory frequency, not what the motherboard can achieve.
The CPU doesn't determine RAM frequency, and it will be compatible.
The system won't draw any more than 450w under load really, you'll be fine.
You can't SLI 1060s, get the 1070, trust me, it's an absolute bargain.
