My budget is $2000/$2300

Very nice build especially the PSU and cpu cooler . What do you intend to use this build for? ie. gaming, video encoding, etc.

If this is for gaming and normal use, a 2500k would be more than sufficient.

Like chilling said, if you're gaming, use the i5-2500k instead. You won't see much difference between the two. Also, if you're not OCing, you don't need a separate cooler. Use the intel one that comes in the box.

The SSD that you picked is SATA2. Replace the caviar black with a caviar green and get a SATA3 SSD. You won't be accessing your platter drive very often, don't need it to be high speed. The speed of the SSD is more important.

You don't need an 850W for that build. A 650 will do just fine. 750 if you are planning to OC. Stick with corsair though. The TX series is great.

If you're gaming, get the 1GB version of that video card. You won't notice a difference in performance.

You could go with a cheaper mobo if you don't need all the features. Main things for gaming are: 2133 support, 4 ram slots, pci-e x16, hdmi, sata3.

ram- good choice 1600mhz is all you need

cpu- change it to the i5 2500k if you are mostly gaming. you wont see a boost in preformance gaming if you choose the 2600k

I'm going to go against some of the previous posters and suggest sticking with the intel SSD or go crucial m4 or patriot wildfire.

I would stay the hell away from OCZ, especially their agility line. Just look at the newegg reviews of the agility. Just because it is a very fast drive does not make it reliable and OCZ's drives are all around unreliable.
