Review my PC build please? v2

I'm reposting this, since last time I got no concrete answers I could use.

I'm currently getting the final parts for my PC (Gaming focus) narrowed down. And I'm extremely close to hitting my budget roof, only about 37 dk to go, (7 dollars)
I'll below post my current Build, any ideas and or changes?

CPU: AMD Athlon x4 760k -
GPU: AMD r7 260k -
RAM: 8gb Crucial Ballistix sport -
PSU: Corsair cx500m 80+ -
Case: Corsair Spec-01 ATX -
HDD: Western Digital Black 1TB -
MOBO: A78M E-35 -
Wifi: ASUS n-53 -
Exhaust fan: AF120 Quiet eddition LED -

NOTE: They have to be avaible on the following site:

Well firstly i would drop the exhaust fan, the case you are buying comes with an exhaust fan.
Lastly i think the only upgrade you could make within your budget would be to get the Corsair CXM 500w, its the semi modular version, should help you cable manage.

Well, on the site of which I'm purchasing the Case it dosen't come with an exhaust.
The PSU you're suggesting isn't avaible.
