I have prepared a list of parts. Please let me know if I should buy and assemble this. I'm looking for gaming, but I'm on a tight budget. I can play most of the games I want to play on this. My desktop resolution is 1280 X 1024. I have a CRT monitor for now. I'm not upgrading it anytime soon.

I will buy another 4GB stick of RAM sometime after the build. Also while assembling, can I ground myself by touching the top of the cabinet regularly? Do I need anything else?
Thank you all.

Solution
I'm no expert and I have only done one build but touching a metallic part of the case while it is on the ground has been enough for me. Do a bit more research on the matter though.

This comes to around 30000 INR

Antec ASK-4000B-U3-
Zotac GTX 750 Ti 2GB
Pentium G3258
Kingston HyperX Fury 1x4GB
Seasonic SS400BT
Gigabyte H97M-D3H

By the way, get the 750 ti that says 2GB GDDR5, the other one is probably a regular 750

CPUs aren't important at all for games. The 750 Ti is more powerful than the 7770 and has tonnes of overclocking headroom. The PSU you plan on getting is garbage. The ram I have linked is also much better. You should be able to overclock the Pentium on the stock cooler to at least 4GHz with some tweaks to the multiplier+voltage.

Thank you, Trossa. Do you know anything about my ESD question? Is touching top of the case I'm working on before picking up any parts is enough for letting out any static charge I carry??
