Last post I'm making for this PC... Is the build solid?

Budget Range:$1000-$1650

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming mainly, surfing the internet, hobby 3D-modeling…

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: NewEgg, Amazon, Microcenter (in-store is fine)
Country: U.S.A.

Parts Preferences: Not picky, but Intel and Nvidia
Overclocking: No.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe in the future, but definitely not now.

Additional Comments: If you know any parts that would be cheaper without lowering performance that would be helpful. Also if you know any parts that would increase performance without increasing the cost that would be helpful. I've been using laptops for ages now, so I really had to buy everything new for a desktop except a mouse that I had.

Sickleflow fans are loud. Plus, Windows 7 OEM is not great for your system. OEM key is tied to your motherboard serial key. If the board breaks, you're stuffed and can't use the key again. Windows 8.1 OEM keys are tied to your outlook email, so it's effectively unlimited usage.

I recommend Antec's TrueQuiet fans. They shift a good amount of air whilst being quiet at the same time. You can also get them with LEDs if you so desire.

Plus, if you have a K series CPU and want to overclock, get an aftermarket CPU. I recommend the CM Hyper 212 EVO. Excellent cooler for the price.

Other than that, it's all good.

Overclocking = No

H87 chipset, low latency memory, 240GB SSD, quieter GPU.... Thoughts?

Thanks for the TrueQuiet suggestion, I'll swap these fans out for those. I'll also switch out Win 7 for 8.1... Might as well change now.

Only one for now. The 620w is for expansion in case I needed it.

Okay.One gtx 770 is plenty sufficient to power any monitor, especially one at 1080p. It is the best card price wise for that resolution. Then when that card stops delivering good frames use the extra 200 for a new graphics card.
