Looks pretty solid. I'm not sure you will find a Antec HCG 620W psu for that price though. I seem to recall that price being wrong on pcparticker

You lost me a bit... Are you asking about swithing the power supply or the cpu? Switching over to an i5 cpu would cost a bit more than the 8320 (about $50-100).

If you are looking for a different option to the power supply this one is good for the price, but is not modular:

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
