Edit: Yup, it was the graphics card for sure. So basically what happens is that I'll get a signal for a little bit while booting, then I'll lose signal and the PC will reboot. Upon reboot, there will be no signal accompanied by a buzzing noise with the card vibrating. Anyone got suggestions on stuff I can try to revive the card?
Was playing some tarkov and my display shut off, lights and fans were all on. Weird noise from PC. I rebooted and my display came on, went to Windows, then shut off. I've figured out the noise comes from my GPU and my GPU vibrates when the noise happens, I can also get into bios but it shuts off there too. I tried DVI instead of HDMI on a different monitor and the same thing happens. I reseated ram also. Unplugged everything unnecessary. What can I do?

GPU: rx 560 2gb
cpu: fx 8350
mobo: ga78lmt
ram: 16gb corsair
Psu: corsair vs450

Could be a number of things in your case.

Sudden shut offs usually point to the power supply, but it could also be the bad combination of cpu and motherboard; the cpu may have exhausted the mobo's VRMs.
Perhaps both of those.

The gpu thing is probably a red herring.

Figured it out. It was the GPU, and it's definitely dead... RIP: RX 560, helped me through some dark times 🙁
Anyway, I had an old R7 250x laying around so I swapped them out and voila, it's working again.
