rfc 1483 bridging

I've been trying to bridge my network and it hasn't been going well.

Any ideas why?
I'd like it like this

with router B being wifi and FTP/cloud.
modem is an actiontec v1000h with the router being asus ac66u

I suspect you are on the wrong track. If you really know what 1483 bridging is then you can't do that, dsl only work to the ISP.

Just search how do I use my second router as a AP and you will likely have the answer to your questions.

Router A is also a modem, which I should've labeled.

It's an awkward setup in this house(3 level split.)
The modem combo is in the basement, the Wi-Fi is shit on it, so I have it wired to my Asus ac66u on the main floor.

I've been reading around and it's possibly the modem combo that's a problem.
