RGB build newbie..

Hi guys. So I'm planning out my new build which is gonna be rbg which is gonna include around 6-9 rgb fans, as well as rgb ram and the Asus Strix Z370 E motherboard along with a corsair commander pro.

Can anyone talk me though the connection process? I'm starting to get a bit overwhelmed at the thought of connecting everything and making sure they're all connected in the right order etc. I really wanna do it myself and not pussy out and not go for a pre build. :/

Motherboards have rgb headers.
And i suggest to buy gigabyte aorus z370 gaming k5. Its rgb controls are great.

1. Gigabyte Aorus z370 gaming k5.
2. Adata XPG DDR4 RGB.
3. RGB fan by corsair

Thanks for the reply. I checked out the Aoros board it looks sick. So whats the deal with the RGB headers on the mobo? How would I connect these up with the commander pro etc?


Sorry if this seems basic knowledge - i just want to make sure I know what I'm getting myself in for ahead of the build...
