Im willing to change parts to match the build like switching from a black gpu to white, etc

Better list.
1080p 144hz monitors are a silly addition to such a high end setup, TN monitors in dual monitor usage scenarios is terrible due to the viewing angles.
The S340 doesn't have a top radiator mount, meaning it would have to be front mounted, pulling hot air into the case which isn't what you want.
I'm afraid an air cooler is the best choice here.
I've removed the NZXT Hue+ since it's pretty much a ripoff, since you have to buy proprietorially.
If you want RGB strips look at the Bitfenix Alchemy 2.0 or NZXT's sleeved strips.

With this extra cash i've put in a great pair of headphones and a modmic, and two 4k 27" IPS monitors. Use one for gaming and the other for secondary use.
The Deathadder Elite is also a far better mouse...
Are you just gaming? Are you doing video editing or any auto CAD? If just gaming then here's my build:

You can add some accessories in future as per the requirement.
I switched out those 1440p monitors to 1080p with G-Sync because it makes more sense. GTX1080 cannot handle dual 1440p setup at 60fps in GPU intense games and it will become worse in a Year. Instead I went with GTX 1080Ti and dual 1080p setup which can hold its ground for a long time even with graphic intense games.
